Coaching is a highly interactive form of empowerment. A good coach will combine an encouraging personality with substantial expertise on human behavior to develop a client’s hidden potentials, offer a fresh perspective and point out options that are typically overlooked.

Throughout the coaching process, we will practice concepts and techniques that allow you to:

  • bypass mental deadlocks
  • transform your dreams into strategic plans for the future
  • focus your energies into productive and systematic action
  • balance your personal needs with the expectations of important others

Professional coaching consists of 120 minute sessions on a bi-weekly schedule (twice per month). The total number of sessions completely depends on what you wish achieve, but a rough rule of thumb is that 3 meetings typically suffice to overcome one specific challenge.
